A day that I have been anxiously anticipating for the past year….. one of my best friend’s wedding day in her beautiful hometown of Salmon Arm, BC. I don’t normally divide posts up into 2 parts but I’ve been so excited to post these photos and there’s still so much more I need to go through…. part 2 will consist of the reception and the day after session so stay tuned! Natasha had put so much effort into all the little details and stuck with a vintage theme that suited the couple perfectly…. it was so amazing seeing everything finally come together. I was doubling as a bridesmaid/photographer …. which was so perfect for me to get to experience both but so hard to keep it together and not be a blubbering mess seeing my dear friend look so stunningly beautiful and marry the man of her dreams who has become such a great friend to me as well. The day was perfect ….. and I could not have asked for better scenery…. it was truly a fairytale filled with so much beautiful emotion that I would start periodically crying during my editing… I’m even finding myself getting all misty eye writing this post so I’ll stop here before I start getting really mushy on Tash! haha
I just want to say thank you again so much to Natasha’s wonderful family and their hospitality. They put us up in a fab trailer, fed us and even provided pool side margaritas…. much love to Garth, Deanna, Nadeane and Taylor.
