A few shots from my August family photo session with Amanda, Cam, Jackson and Little Kaia …. Met up late afternoon and started shooting in Grandma & Grandpa’s Backyard. We followed up with a trip to the park, Ice cream, mosquito bites and a ton of laughs. Had a great time with this adorable family. The mosquito bites were definitely worth it!! lol
Had the chance to do my first Maternity Session last night. Brittany was oh so kind to volunteer her belly and I got her hubby Tommy to come along as well. Pregnancy suits Brittany extremely well as you’ll see in the photos. She looks gorgeous and she definitely knows how to rock a belly! We took a stroll down to fish creek park… a beautiful spot that has a feel of stepping out of the city and into the wilderness. Brought along some finger paints and had some fun goofing around with that … Tommy’s nickname is now Picasso lol! Thanks again you two for giving me the opportunity to do this… I can’t wait to meet Baby Olver and see those hippy baby boots in action!

I present to you a very special engagement session. Tasha is one of my BFFs and since I’ll be rockin’ it as a bridesmaid I was excited to be able to do her engagement photos as a wedding gift. Our original plan was to shoot in Heritage Park but turns out you need an appointment and we were denied access to the park. The Nerve! It turned out for the best anyways. Found some amazing fields, a junky car and an old 50′s diner. These two have travelled all over the world together which is the reason for my song choice “home is whenever I’m with you“. A beautiful couple and perfect match! Love you guys both so much and I am SO pumped for your wedding in July! -xo

I was so thrilled when Carena took me up on the offer to do some engagement photos for her and Jono and even more so when she decided to have me do the whole wedding in July. This was my very first wedding and I was honored to have their full trust in me. The weather that day was beyond perfect … not a cloud in the sky which was so incredible considering the rain we were having, surely a sign of a bright future together. Surrounded by their loving friends and Family I happily clicked away at this stunning couple. The whole day was amazing and the feeling of fulfillment and gratitude I had at the end was just further proof that I want to shoot as many wedding as possible. Bring on the Brides and Grooms!

Colette looked amazing and was dressed to kill so it wasn’t a surprise that we kept hearing whistling from passers by. You are absolutely Lovely Colette and I am thrilled that we’ve become friends.
